Clients are responsible for strategy selection, trading decisions, broker credentials, account permissions, capital allocation and configuration of their risk parameters. Software should be tested in a controlled or paper-trading environment before use with live capital.
Broker APIs, exchanges, internet connectivity, cloud infrastructure, data providers, TradingView and other third parties operate independently. Outages, API changes or failures may affect software operation.
Package and maintenance fees are payable as agreed. Service access/support may be suspended for non-payment.
Unless expressly assigned in writing, source code, reusable components, architecture, templates and proprietary software remain the intellectual property of AlgoSparks Technologies or its licensors.
Subject to applicable law, disputes shall be subject to Noida, Uttar Pradesh jurisdiction.
